Billy Roberts in PN

Liverpool medium Billy Roberts (long time stage medium and ex husband of medium Fiona Roberts who wrote The Ghost of a Smile good book on Kindle worth buying just for chapter twelve and the rest is excellent too) has an interesting piece in latest PN. Billy comments on Nigerian Pentecostal free view TV channel in UK called BEN. Apparently a pastor on there is doing phone readings and fortune telling on air. Billy makes the point that 'we' can't do that on TV unless a 'For entertainment purposes only'disclaimer is used and even then it is still technically against the law to appear to be foretelling the future. Not quite sure if Billy is implying that what the Nigerian chap is doing is wrong or that sauce for the pentecostal goose should also be sauce for the Spiritualist gander.
I wondered what sort of programmes a Spiritualist TV channel might feature. What do you think?
