A new way of doing business?
I recently ordered some Silver Birch books from STF, which was done through Amazon books so I could use my credit card. What is interesting is the way that Amazon forwarded the order to the STF (italics added):
"An order placed with this seller will be channelled to me and I will airmail your order to you."
Jim, perhaps you can train your accountancy clients to send you information the same way, as a way to improve efficiency.
I can see it now, Jim sitting at his desk, eyes closed, and Lis walks and and tells him to wake up and do some work and Jim replies:
"Shh, I'm getting turnover figures for the last financial year!"

Could have done with that kind of accounting, when I was employed.
Away from the noise of Brisbane town centre.
