This was one of the best reference sites available but I cannot, at the moment, connect to it. Anyone having more luck or has the googleisation of books and subsequent reprints meant its been forced off the net.

Thanks for the link KK. Unfortunately none of the links on that site to 'spirit writings' work, so we are still uncertain what has actually happened to that site which was a useful resource in its day.
