Very interesting subject,
We visited Salem many years ago while on holiday in the usa.
Most interesting place with an atmosphere which reminded me of the old Melbourne Gaol.

I would love to visit it, I used to be fascinated by the HP Lovecraft books based out of that area. Wonderfully imaginative Fantasy/Horror fiction

At the time we visited there,I'm going back to the 70's,Salem itself was a quaint litle town but no doubt has grown since there.
They had a large museum there with wax figures showing tableaus of events of the day at that time.
Horrific!
