Re: Guardian News- John Gray on humanity's quest for immortality
If only it could be generally realised and appreciated that we are 'immortal' here and now and that only the contrived scheming of materialism prevents this wonderfully simple truth being universally available. That day will come of course, but the terrifying material ramifications for those who would divert and distort known facts, and their great fear of being able to let go of a comfy myth and facing themselves.

If only.........two words with such a lot of meaning!
A lifetime of regret is often contained in spirit communications from those who have passed over .........if only I had known.

Re: Guardian News- John Gray on humanity's quest for immortality
There is bound to be a growing regret of those trusting Church committees who blindly fell for SNU blandishments and entered Sole Trust status with the SNU, signing over buildings and land acquired by diligent and canny members over long periods.
The SNU can simply sell out the Church from beneath them, sack any who might oppose the move, alter a wee rule and pocket the proceeds after instaling a 'committee' of placemen.
